Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, contact us at contact@ummuflow.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
